The AFCEA Educational Foundation is designed to provide academic support to US military personnel.

The scholarship is merit-based and is for people who are active duty or those who have been honorably discharged, including reservists and members of the national guard.

Students must also be enrolled and attending classes as undergraduates, going to school part-time or full-time.

Students will also need to be studying an eligible STEM major, including physics. They also must have served in overseas contingency operations from 2003 to the present.
