Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

  • Be U.S. citizens between the ages of 17 and 31 at the time of commissioning.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.50 (if applying while in high school).
  • Have completed the SAT or ACT.
  • Take the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT).
  • Meet the Army’s height and weight standards.

Service Commitment

Candidates must agree to:

  • Accept a commission and serve in the Army, Army Reserve, or Army National Guard.
  • Fulfill an 8-year service commitment if awarded an ROTC scholarship, with the option to serve part-time in the Army Reserve or National Guard while pursuing a civilian career after graduation.

Application Deadlines

  • First Round: Due October 14, 2024 (reviewed October 21-25, 2024).
  • Second Round: Due January 20, 2025 (reviewed January 27-31, 2025).
  • Third Round: Due March 17, 2025 (reviewed March 24-28, 2025).
