“Bee” Arnold Spouse Tuition Program

This program offers funding for spouses to pursue entry-level job training or certifications to help secure immediate employment, as well as for those pursuing a part-time undergraduate degree at an accredited college, university, or vocational/trade school.

Eligible applicants include spouses of:

• U.S. Air Force and Space Force members on active duty
• Title 10 Reserve and Guard on extended active duty
• Title 32 Guard performing full-time active duty

Spouses receive the full award, provided the military member is on active duty orders when the spouse’s program or class begins. Those approved for this program will also be eligible for this grant to help offset childcare costs while pursuing their degree or certification.

Applicants can apply once per year. Required documentation includes proof of enrollment, a tuition cost statement, a dependent ID card, and the sponsor’s active duty orders (including Title 10 Reserve and Guard on extended active duty and Title 32 Guard performing full-time active duty).
