For African-American or Black students pursuing a degree in theater, drama, comedy, music, dance, opera, marching bands, etc. Selected applicants will be constituents of a CBC member’s district. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be enrolled full-time in an accredited academic institution.
