Three Marines Memorial Association Cold War Veterans Scholarships, each valued at $2,500, are available this year. Established by Walter and Bonnie Leach, this scholarship honors Veterans for their peacetime service. Walter Leach, a Marine Corps Veteran from the Cold War era, enlisted in 1959 and served for four and a half years before pursuing a Civil Engineering degree at Cal Poly, Pomona.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be enrolling in a full-time, accredited undergraduate program in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) for the 2024-2025 academic year.
Must be an active member of the Marines’ Memorial or the child/grandchild of an active member.
