The Colonel Richard Hallock Scholarship honors the legacy of Army Colonel Richard Hallock, USA (Ret), who was a proud member of the Marines' Memorial Association. His wife, Mrs. Hallock, continues to maintain this affiliation. This year, two $2,500 scholarships will be awarded in his name.

Eligibility requirements include:

  • Enrollment in an accredited undergraduate program for the 2025-2026 academic year
  • Being an active member of the Marines’ Memorial, or a child or grandchild of an active member
  • There are no restrictions on the chosen field of study

Qualifications:

  • Applicant must be a full-time student at an accredited undergraduate institution during the 2025-2026 academic year
  • Applicant must be an active member of the Marines’ Memorial, or the child or grandchild of an active member
