The following are eligible to apply:
- Active-duty members or honorably discharged veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces, including those in the Reserves and National Guard, with a service-connected disability
- Spouses and unmarried dependent children of U.S. service members with a service-connected disability
- Caregivers or non-medical attendants who assist a service member with a service-connected disability
Recipients receive full tuition coverage for any degree program at CTU and are provided with a new laptop, all required course books in either hard-copy or electronic format, and access to a dedicated Student Success Coach.
