The Edmund K. Gross Education Scholarship was established by a close friend in honor of Edmund K. Gross, Jr., a Marine Corps captain and Purple Heart recipient. After his military service, Mr. Gross dedicated his life to education and supporting fellow educators, and this scholarship serves to carry on that mission.
One $2,500 Edmund K. Gross Education Scholarship will be awarded.
Eligibility requirements include:
- Being an Education major at an accredited undergraduate institution, enrolled full-time for the 2025-2026 academic year
- Being an active member of the Marines’ Memorial, or a child or grandchild of an active member
Qualifications:
- Applicant must be a full-time Education major at an accredited undergraduate university or college during the 2025-2026 academic year
