LA FRA Scholarship Students can apply if either they or their sponsor is a current or former member in good standing of the LA (Ladies Auxillary) FRA or FRA.
Eligible applicants include male or female LA FRA or FRA members, spouses, and dependent children, grandchildren, or great grandchildren.
Applicants must attend a U.S. institution and meet academic and extracurricular requirements. Recommendations are also required.
