Military spouses and dependents of all active duty, reserve, and National Guard service members can take advantage of The Military Family Grant. Upper Iowa University offers a $250 per credit hour tuition rate for undergraduate courses and a $325 per credit hour tuition rate for graduate courses.
Qualified spouses and dependents beginning one of the 6 UIU's start dates can take advantage of this grant. The grant is renewed annually with recent proof of military status/affiliation.
The military Family Grant can be used for in-person or online classes.
