Must be a military spouse with a valid ID. You need to be married to a service member who is: - Active duty - in the Reserve or National Guard - Medically retired - Wounded or fallen service member or dual service Divorced applicants may also apply if they qualify for the 20/20/20 benefit. This award may be used toward degrees, certifications, licensure, clinical supervision for mental health licensure, CEUs, business expenses, and more. The award may not be for books, materials, or student loans. You can reapply every year.
