The Army Ranger scholarship is available to current or former Army Rangers, their family members, or descendants, with academic merit playing a key role in eligibility.
Age Criteria:
Eligible applicants – Ranger Course graduates, dependents of Ranger veteran or Ranger Course graduate, wives or children.

Pursuing degree / certification completion as a fulltime Student at a post-secondary educational institution.
Eligibility Verification: The Applicant and Sponsor / Parent / Guardian are required to read and sign the Statement of Certification in the Application Information Section. Both the Applicant and Ranger Sponsor / Parent / Guardian signatures are required. Your application will not be accepted without them.
DOCUMENTATION:
SAT / ACT / GRE / GMAT / LSAT / etc. scores: High School Seniors must submit a copy of their SAT / ACT score sheet. Graduate Students must submit a copy of their GRE / GMAT / LSAT or similar test score sheet. If multiple tests were taken, use the individual scores from your highest composite score. Do not mix individual scores between tests even if scores are shown on your transcript (no “Super Scoring”).
Class-Ranking (Pertains only to 2025/26 High School Seniors / Incoming College Freshman): If not shown on your transcript, submit a letter from a High School official on school letterhead indicating your class-ranking / standing. Some High Schools, including Home Schooling, do not have class-rankings. If your High School does not rank and / or you cannot furnish this information, please explain.
Grade Point Average (GPA)-Transcripts: Submit a copy of your most recent completed official or non-official transcript that clearly states your cumulative GPA and reflects all courses completed and grades earned (official transcripts are not required).
