This education assistance program consists of interest-free loans and grants for undergraduate and master's degree (spouses only) students attending an accredited two-year or four-year post-secondary, technical, or vocational institution within the United States. Who's Eligible: - Children of active duty, retired or qualifying deceased Sailors and Marines - Must be under age 23 by September 30 of current academic year - Surviving children of Sailors and Marines who passed on active duty or after retirement The program assistance ranges from $500 to $3,000 per academic year. Loans are available at up to $4,000 per year. The funds received through the program can be used for room and board, tuition, books, and other fees. Full or Part-time program in: Career & Technical Education Associates Degree Bachelors Degree Masters Degree (spouses only)
