The Military Order of the Purple Heart (MOPH) awards scholarships to:
- Purple Heart recipients who are members of MOPH
- their spouses
- children and grandchildren
They must be pursuing their first degree or certificate at a US college, university or trade school. Applicants must have or expect to receive a high school diploma or GED, be accepted or enrolled as a full-time student, and maintain a 2.75 minimum GPA.
