The Richard & Susan Braun Family Scholarship honors Dr. Richard M. Braun, M.D., a Navy Veteran who served with the 1st Marine Division in Okinawa and Vietnam in 1965. Together with his wife, Susan, they established this scholarship to assist young men and women transitioning from military service. Two (2) $5,000 scholarships are available.
To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Have served honorably in any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.
- Be enrolled full-time in an accredited, non-profit undergraduate program in the U.S.
- Membership in the Marines’ Memorial Association is not required.
