SOPHE (Society for Public Health Education) Vivian Drenckhahn Student Scholarship

This scholarship is open to those who are SOPHE members who have excelled academically, demonstrate a commitment to addressing the public’s health through a career in health education, and who have demonstrated financial need. They also must have completed at least one-third of coursework required for the major. They will have needed to have had their National SOPHE Membership for at least three months and will need to be an active participant in a National SOPHE sponsored committee, task force or another initiative for one year following the receipt of the scholarship. They will need to be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student.
