Detail
For low income Plano ISD high school seniors who persevered to overcome adversity, and who are motivated and academically capable of successfully earning a college degree. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, recent high school graduates of Plano ISD, have at least a 2.5 GPA and have demonstrated financial need. All students who receive funds are required to start school at Collin College. Once they have earned an associate degree, they may transfer to the university of their choice.
