This scholarship is a $3,000 memorial scholarship to honor Vice-admiral Boyes’ memory and accomplishments.
The award will go to a Navy ROTC midshipman that is majoring in electrical engineering, at least a 2nd-year college student, and enrolled full-time as a sophomore or junior at the time of application.
